COST ESTIMATES:
Architectural Plans and Blueprints:
The standard rate is $1.25 - 3.00 per sq. ft of floor area for existing buildings/renovations and $5.00 - 10.00 per sq. ft of floor area for a new building/custom home blueprints. The rate above does not include Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Designing costs or building permit fees, or other applicable fees required by the Citys, and on-site visits. Most of the structural work will be done by us and handed over to the corresponding engineer for checking and certification, therefore, saving you lots of money and time. Before any work is done on any drawings, we required a deposit of 50% before starting the blueprints and 30% due when submitting blueprints to the city, and 20% after approval of the blueprints by the City ( for new buildings).
Costs for services (rough estimate):
- Design and Drafting - $45.00 - 60.00/hr
- Only Drafting - $25.00 - 35.00/hrConstruction, Additions/Demolition:
Cost/estimate will be determined after a site visit or after completion of "Blueprints". Our rates for any new construction, renovation, addition, or demolition are affordable. We may require visitation to the proposed lot for measurements.
Residential and Commercial General Interior Renovations:
The cost will be determined after an estimate from measurements on-site. Our rates are affordable for any general renovations we may come on-site and may give a preliminary estimate of the job. We may require visitation to the proposed lot for measurements.
Permit Approvals:
Cost/estimate will be determined after viewing the documents and based on the project. However, we aim to provide the most affordable rates for everyone. You may request a quote before we start any work.
